Ingredients:  
Medium can of crushed pineapple
2 eggs, well beaten

Mix together:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tblsp corn starch

cinammon

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine pineapple and eggs, mix well.

Add sugar, corn starch mixture to this.

Stir all ingredients together and place in a medium casserole dish.

Top with cinammon and cover with foil.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Remove foil and brown for an addditional 15 minutes.
