Ingredients:  
2-3 lbs hamburger
1 green peper
1 onion
1/2 lb mushroom

Rotel
1 egg
1 small can of tomato sauce
1/2 lb grated cheese

Add in salt, pepper, garlic and crakers to hold together.

Topping
1 cup catsup
2 tsp mustard
4 tsp brown sugar


Directions:
Directions:
Saute pepper, onion, and mushroom in butter and add to hamburger. Add everything else except toppings. Bake 1 hour at 350.

Add topping 15 minutes before finished baking.
