20 Oreo sandwich cookies
1/4 cup butter
1 pkg (4 serving size) cookies n' cream flavored pudding and pie filling
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup boiling water
1/3 cup peanuts, chopped or whole
1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
2 squares semi-sweet chocolate (or use chocolate morsels)

Finely crush cookies, set aside.

Microwave butter in a large microwaveable bowl on high for 30 seconds or completely melted.

Add cookie crumbs and mix well.

Press crumb mixture firmly onto the bottom of a 9 inch square pan.

Mix dry pudding mix, sugar, and boiling water until well blended.

Pour over crust, spread to completely cover crust.

Sprinkle with peanuts and marshmallows.

Place chocolate squares in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high w5 seconds, stir until chocolate is completely melted. Drizzle over the marshamallows.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.

Cut into squares.

Store in the refrigerator.
