4 lb. lean hamburger
1/4 c Morton's tender quick
2 T liquid smoke
1/2 t garlic salt
1 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger and tender quick well and refrigerate overnight (meat will turn grey). Add liquid smoke, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix well. Make 4 rolls (logs) and place on broiler pan well spaced. Bake at 225º for 4 hours turning several times. Sausage will be red. Chill. Slice and serve.
