1 lb fresh spinach, torn in pieces
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c bean sprouts, drained

dressing:
1 small onion, chopped
1/6 c ketchup
2 T worchestershire sauce
1/2 c minus 1 T sugar
2 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients in separate bowl, then pour over salad and refrigerate for several hours.
