1 egg, pinch of salt, enough flour to mix a crumb mixture.(rub with hands to make very fine)
You can use milk, or any flavor bullion cubes

Mix the dough. Drop into either boiling milk or your choice flavored broth. Cook 15-20 min.

Grandma Margaret said she liked this as she was growing up. Sounds kind of blah to me, but I guess I'll have to try it. Sure is easy enough.
