1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken with rice soup
6 oz. pkg. chow mein noodles
1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain and put into a large casserole dish. Add the soups, mix well. Stir in soy sauce. A small amount of water can be added, if it is too dry. Place the chow mein noodles on top of the mixture and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
