1 Large Jar of your favorite Spaghetti Sauce
1 lb. of ground beef
1 small can of tomato paste
8 Uncooked lasagna noodles
4 Cups Cottage cheese
4 Cups Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble ground beef in a microwavable bowl and microwave 5-6 minutes on high, or cook the ground beef in a pan on the stove. Drain grease.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato paste.
Layer the following in a glass 9 X 13 pan:
1-1/2 c. sauce
4 uncooked noodles
2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. mozzarella cheese
Repeat layers in the same order sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and sauce.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 15 minutes. Rotate dish, microwave another 15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Uncover and microwave another 5 minutes. Let stand at least 15 minutes before serving.
