Rice,sugar,water,oil,salt,chicken,grind seasoning,black pepper,peas & carrots and one hot pepper.

Season meat
Leave meat to marinate for at least 20 min.
Brown sugar in pot
When sugar is brown enough stew meat.
When meat is almost cooked add rice.
When rice is tender add peas and carrots.
Add hot pepper and black pepper.
Leave to simmer.
