1 Loaf French Bread
6-8 eggs
1 c sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb sausage or ham
green chili (to taste)
a little tabasco sauce
2 - 2 1/2 c milk
1 cube butter
a couple shakes of Worcestershire sauce and
1/2 tsp dry mustard (optional)

Cut half of French bread into 1 inch cubes and put in the bottom of 11x13 pan. Spread shredded sharp cheddar cheese on top and then 1/2 of the sausage or ham, (which has been cooked ahead of time) add green chili and the tabasco sauce. Mix 6 eggs and 2 cups of milk together and spoon on top of bread, cheese, sausage and chili mixture, let this soak overnight in the fridge. Then add the rest of the bread and sausage. Melt the stick of butter and pour on top before baking. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes until golden brown.
