9 Whole Nabisco Grahams, finely crushed
(about 1-1/4 cups)
3 T. sugar
3 T. butter or margarine, melted
5 package (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 T. flour
1 T. vanilla
1 cup Sour Cream
4 eggs
1 can(21oz) cherry pie filling
Chocolate curls (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325degrees F. Mix crumbs. 3 Tablespoons sugar and butter. Line 13x9 inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Press crumb mixture firmly onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes.
2. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.
3. Bake 1 hour or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Lift cheesecake from pan using foil handles. Cut cheesecake into 16 bars. To serve, place 1 bar on dessert plate; top with pie filling and chocolate curls, if desired.
