Brownies:
1/2 C. butter, softened
16 oz. can Hershey chocolate syrup
1 C. sugar
4 eggs
1 C. flour
1/2-1 C. chopped nuts
Frosting:
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 C. sugar
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Brownies:
Mix brownie ingredients together and spread in a greased 11" x 14" pan.Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
*If desired, you may add mini-marshmallows while hot and return to oven for 3 more minutes.
Frosting:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, milk, and sugar. Stir ingredients until boiling, boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted. Frost brownies while they are still warm.

This is a great easy recipe when you need a large pan of brownies. I prefer them without the marshmallows.
