16 oz can sauerkraut, drained
16 oz Swiss cheese, diced or shredded
6 pkgs. corned beef (Carl Budding), cut-up
1/3 C. mayonnaise (must be mayonnaise, not salad dressing
1/4 C. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put in a crock pot. Cook for 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low. Stir occasionally. Serve with 2 loaves of sliced rye or pumpernickel bread (cocktail size).
