16 C. Popped popcorn
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. butter
1/4 C. Corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Place popcorn in brown paper bag, which has been double bagged.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a large sauce pan until it comes to a boil. Pour hot mixture over popcorn in bag. Fold bag over twice and shake for 30 seconds. Place bag in microwave and cook on High for one minute. Remove bag and shake for 30 seconds. Return to microwave and cook on High for one minute. Remove from microwave and do a final 30 second shake. Pour ingredients out onto parchment paper and let cool.

I use 2-3 bags of microwave popcorn instead of regular popcorn.
