1lb. ground pork
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
2 Tbsp. soy sauce, divided
1 tsp. corn starch
2 lbs. cabbage, shredded
1 C. chopped green onions
1 tsp. 5-spice
2 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. eggroll skins

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry pork and chicken in 1 Tbsp. oil. In a small bowl combine 1 Tbsp. soy sauce and cornstarch to make a gravy, add this to meat mixture in pan.
Stir fry cabbage in 1 Tbsp. oil. Add onion, 5-Spice, salt, 1 Tbsp soy sauce and meat mixture.
Follow instructions on egg roll skins package, fill egg rolls with mixture and roll as instructed on package. Make a paste of 2 Tbsp. flour and water, brush on end of eggroll to help the end to stick.
Heat 3 C. vegetable or peanut oil and fry egg rolls until golden brown. Do not crowd egg rolls, fry them in small batches. Drain on paper towel.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce or hot mustard sauce.
