1 pound ground chuck
1 onion
1 - 1 1/2 cups picante sauce

Hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the ground chuck. Drain. Wipe out the skillet with a paper towel. Slice the onion top to bottom. Place the meat back in the skillet and add the onion. Cook for about 5 minutes the add the picante sauce and cook unitl onions are tender ( about 5-7 minutes). Serve over hot cooked rice.
This recipe works well with boneless chicken too!
