2 tbsp water
1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1 16 oz pkg frozen whole strawberries thawed
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar.

Directions:





Place 2 tbsp water in sauce pan sprinkle gelatin over water. Let stand 1 minute to soften. process strawberries in a blender until smooth. Add to gelatin and mix well. Cook over medium heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. Cover and refrigerate until well set. About 2 hours. In large bowl combine whipping cream and powdered sugar; beat until smooth and forms a peak. Fold in Strawberry mixture. Store in refrigerator.
