1 (16 oz.) can early green peas
1 (16 oz.) can sweet Shoe Peg corn
1 (16 oz) can French green beans
1 bell pepper, chopped finely
1 - 2 oz. jar chopped pimientos
2 carrots, sliced very thin
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped celery
2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Drain all canned vegetables and pimientos. Put all vegetables in serving bowl. Mix vinegar, sugar, oil and pepper. Pour mixture over vegetables and toss lightly. Chill overnight before serving.
