1 package corn tortillas (@12-15)
1 16oz can refried beans
1 package reduced fat Mexican cheese
1 19oz can enchilada sauce
1lb extra lean ground turkey/beef
1 package taco seasoning
1/2 c green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Brown meat in a skillet and season with taco seasoning. In a large, glass baking dish, begin to layer ingredients:
1/3 can of enchilada sauce, spread tortillas with beans on one side, and lay in pan, bean side up!, layer meat, cheese, and green onions, then more sauce. Repete layers. Bake covered for 35-40 min. Serve with tortilla chips!
