2 lbs potatoes peeled and diced
4 lbs fresh or frozen clams cleaned and diced
1/2 lb salt pork diced
2 sm. onions diced
1 cup butter
1 cup flour
10 cups clam juice
2 pints 1/2 & 1/2
salt & pepper to taste
dash tobasco
dash worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
İmelt butter & salt pork over med. low fire. add onions potatoes, clams, flour clam juice and bring to boil stiring requently. Add 1/2 & 1/2 and spices to taste. Bring to 2nd boil, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes and taste.
