1/2 lbs potatoes peeled and diced
1/2 lbs fresh or frozen clams cleaned and diced
1/8 lb salt pork diced
1 sm. onions diced
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2.5 cups clam juice
1/2 pints 1/2 & 1/2
salt & pepper to taste
dash tobasco
dash worcestershire sauce

İmelt butter & salt pork over med. low fire. add onions potatoes, clams, flour clam juice and bring to boil stiring requently. Add 1/2 & 1/2 and spices to taste. Bring to 2nd boil for 1 hour, lower heat and simmer for 1 hour and taste.
