5 lbs red potatoes, cleaned and cut into bitesize pieces)
1 Tbsp salt

3/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill or 1 Tbsp dried dill & 1/2 cup fresh parsley
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 cups diced celery
1 -10 oz pkg frozen peas (thawed)
1/2 cup chopped green onions (scallions)

Boil large pot of hot water, add 1 Tbsp salt and potatoes. Return to boil for 12-15 minutes. Drain in colender for 15 minutes. Make dressing. Whip ingredients in large bowl till blended. Stir warm potatoes into dressing. Stir in celery, peas, and onions.
