1 rack of pork ribs
1 c. diced onion
3 cloves diced garlic
1 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. salt
8 oz. barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place rack of pork ribs in large soup pot and cover with water. Add the diced vegetables & salt & boil 1 hour. Remove ribs and spread with barbecue sauce. Cook under broiler or on grill for a few minutes. Freeze the broth for making soup on another occasion.
