1 tbs Olive Oil
½ white onion diced
1 garlic clove minced
1½ c Apple Butter
½ apple cider vinegar
¼ dark brown sugar
1 c ketchup
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Chipotle Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sweat the white onions with the olive oil (5 minutes) at medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook stirring constantly for 1 minute.
3. Add apple butter, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, dark brown sugar, W sauce, fresh ground pepper, salt, and chipotle powder. Mix well and bring to a soft boil.
4. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes stirring frequently.
5. If you want a smoother sauce, place in blender and blend until smooth.
