4-5 lbs. pork ribs of choice
1 onion chopped
½ c. butter
½ c. lemon juice
½ c. red wine vinegar
½ c. ketchup
½ c. Worcestershire sauce

For sweeter sauce, reduce Worcestershire to ¼ c. and add ½ c. brown sugar.

In a saucepan, sauté onion and butter until onion is soft.
Add ingredients in a bowl and blend well, then add to the saucepan.

Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low for 15 min.

RIBS

In oven: Season ribs with salt and pepper. Brown with a little oil on med-high heat on the stove. Pour ⅔ of sauce over ribs, turning ribs to coat all sides. Roast in 350º oven for 1½-2 hours or until tender. Baste with remaining sauce periodically while cooking.

In Crockpot: Pour ⅔ of sauce in Crockpot. Season the ribs w/ salt and pepper and then place them into the sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
