3 - 4 lb rump roast
1 Bottle of honey BBQ sauce
1 Can of root beer - can add more when cooking sauce down

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 TBS oil in Dutch oven or heavy pan. Pan sear all sides of meat till brown.
Add 2 TBS root beer to drippings scraping up brown bits
Mix 1 1/2 cups honey BBQ sauce with 1 cup root beer
Put meat I slow cooker, pour sauce over and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 6 hours
When meat easily pulls apart, it is finished. Put meat on tray and shred into pieces.
Put juice from slow cooker I the electric skillet. Stir in remaining BBQ sauce and root beer. Cook over medium high heat until it is at a soft boil and starts to thicken. Takes about 15 to 29 minutes. Pour over beef and stir
