Ingredients:	Ingredients: pizza crust – ready made or from a can cooked white meat chicken honey bbq sauce – or desired flavor 2 large onions Mixed slices of red and green peppers peppers – chopped or sliced 1-2 T. butter 1-2 T. olive oil Fiesta Blend Cheese – shredded

Directions:	Directions: Thinly slice onions. Cook the onions for about 20 minutes in olive oil and butter until caramelized. Throw slices of mixed peppers in with the onions for about 5-7 minutes. Spread the pizza crust with the bbq sauce. Next add the onions, peppers, chicken, and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Cut pizza into small squares for appetizers.

Personal Notes:	Personal Notes: If pressed for time, use rotisserie chicken, frozen chicken fajita strips, or canned chicken. You can also use frozen season blend of onions and peppers. Just cook the chicken and vegetables together.
