1/2 c vegetable oil
1 c vinegar
1 1/2 T salt
1 T poultry seasoning

Directions:
Beat egg well. Add oil and beat again. Add rest of ingredients and beat well. Refrigerate. Brush marinade onto BBQ chicken as you're grilling.

This recipe is one of Babci's from her cookbook. Turns out it is the same recipe they use for our local Fire Dept's annual chicken BBQ. It is a favorite in our family!
