1 onion, diced

Cover Ribs with Sauce:
½ cup water
¼ cup vinegar
1 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard

Cover and bake at 300ºF for 2½ hours or until tender.
