Ingredients:  
I clove garlic minced
3 tbls Bacon fat
3 lbs Pork spareribs
3 onions
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cider vinegar
I teas curry
I teas, Paprika
1/4 teas chili Powder
1 tbls brown sugar
I c. consommé
1/2 tea salt
one pinch pepper
1˝ teas. dry mustard

Brown garlic in Bacon fat. Cut rib in individual Pieces, remove garlic from fat and brown spareribs quickly,
Place garlic + Ribs in baking dish Slice onion over meat
mix rest + pour over Ribs. Cover +Bake 350 till tender
