Binder of choice, rub of your choice, sauce or glaze of choice

Remove the membrane from the back of the slab of ribs. Tips for removal is use a knife to start the removal and then pull with a paper towel. Use a binder on your ribs. Can be mayo, mustard, marinade, oil and season your ribs liberally with your favorite rub on both sides.

Light up Smoker to 225 and smoke for 3 hours, then remove and wrap in aluminum foil and place back on smoker for 2 hours. Remove and baste the ribs on top with your favorite bbq sauce or glaze and smoke for 1 more hour.

Remove from smoker and let rest for 30 min prior to cutting the ribs apart.

This recipe is always tasty. Nobody ever complains and always loves the flavor. Can use any ribs however I prefer pork loin ribs as tend to be more meaty.
