1 slab of your favorite ribs.
Mustard.
Rib Rub.
Oak Lump and wood of choice for smoker.
BBQ sauce of choice.

Directions:

Day Before:
Rinse ribs and pat dry.
Remove membrane on back of ribs.
Rub all over with Mustard and your favorite dry Rub.
Refrigerate overnight.


Day Of :
Bring ribs to room temperature before they cook !
Get your oven if that is all you have or if lucky get your
offset smoke smoker, kamodo style or pellet grill up to 225 - 250 º.
Smoke (not in oven but use liquid smoke) for 3 hours.
Add liquid of your choice, Apple cider, butter with a little brown sugar
to the ribs and wrap with foil or butcher paper and cook for 2 hours more
same temps.
Finish last hour back on grill unwrapped and covered in BBQ sauce of your choice.
