1 dozen fresh blue crabs
1 stick of butter/dozen crabs
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. Old Bay
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice or 1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp. curry powder
3 tbsp. crab boil

1. Preheat grill to 300ºF
2. In a large saucepan, combine butter and all seasonings. Heat over low heat until butter is melted.
3. Remove the back from each crab, and clean out gills, lungs, and center of each.
4. Season crabs with salt and cayenne pepper, and baste the crabs with about a third of the sauce.
5. Place crabs cavity side down on the grill for 10 minutes.
6. Flip crabs, baste again, and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
7. When the crabs are done, baste again with remaining sauce and serve promptly.
