3 6 ounce tomato sauce
6 ounce Worchestshire sauce
1/2 ounce Tabasco
1 bottle ketchup
1 1/3 C dark brown sugar
2 ounce liquid smoke

Directions:
Mix, refrigerated, it keeps very well. It is best to cook ribs to this rare stage, put sauce on only the last 1/2 hour. It is also a good idea with pork ribs to cook the entire rack in one piece and slice at time you serve.
