2.5-4.5 lbs. pork baby back ribs, silver skin removed
1 can (20 oz) beer or beef broth (12 oz sprite + 8 oz beef broth works too)
1 bottle (18 oz) barbecue sauce
1/2 c honey
sesame seeds and fresh chopped chives (optional)

Directions:
Stand meaty side of ribs around side of crock pot. (By standing them up around the side, they will take on additional browning.) Pour in beer, bbq sauce, and honey. Cover. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours or on HIGH 3-3 1/2 hours. Garnish with sesame seed and chives.
