Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3-4 lbs beef brisket, untrimmed
1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
1 C Kikkoman teriyaki sauce
DRY RUB
1 tsp paprika
3 T dark brown sugar
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Rub brisket with a little olive oil and pat the dry rub into meat. Put in large bag and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight. Remove from refrigerator at least 1 hour before cooking on grill. Lay the brisket on two sheets of heavy duty tin foil or use two foil pans stacked inside each other. I find that two pans are easier to work with. Cover the pans tightly with tin foil. Heat grill on HIGH for 10 minutes and then place on the grate. Cook for 15 minutes and then move the meat to INDIRECT heat. Cook for about 1 to 2 hours. Remove from grill and carefully remove any fat that you see on top of brisket and discard.

Combine the sauces and pour over meat. Cook uncovered over INDIRECT heat for another 30 minutes until fork tender. Let rest for at least 15 minutes. Slice and serve on bun with coleslaw, sliced tomatoes and extra barbecue sauce or on a platter with vegetables.
