thyme, sage, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, red pepper, chili powder and oregano (according to taste)
2 lb. chicken wings
1 Tbsp. parsley
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Disjoint chicken wings at both joints. Boil tips in a little water for other use. Place the wings in the frying pan with the heat set at 300º. Brown both sides lightly, taking about 30 minutes. If fat accumulates, pour it off. Mix all sauce ingredients and spoon 1/2 over the wings. Bake at 225º with the lid on for 15 minutes. Turn wings and repeat. Serve with a salad.
