2 tbsp Dijon mustard.

1/4 cup light brown sugar.

1 tsp apple cider vinegar.

2 tsp Asian chili garlic sauce like Huy Fong or sambal Oelke.

1. Prep. Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

2. Serve. Use as you would any other BBQ sauce.
