5 - 6 lb pork baby back ribs, cut into serving size pieces
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic pepper blend
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 cup barbecue sauce
12 oz cherry cola
1/4 cup cherry preserves
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 - 2 tsp hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the seasoned salt, garlic pepper, and ginger and rub over the ribs.
Bake at 350º, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
Heat the barbecue sauce, cherry cola, preserves, mustard, and hot sauce together until boiling.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer uncovered for 30 - 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is slightly thickened.
Heat grill for direct heat.
Cover and grill the ribs over medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes, turning and brushing occasionally to glaze.
Heat the remaining sauce to boiling, then cook and stir for 1 minute before serving with the ribs.
