1bottle of Smokey Chipotle Tabasco sauce
2 cups of apple juice
1 cup of pineapple juice
½ cup of season salt
½ cup of brown sugar
4 T. of Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp of soy sauce

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients into a sauce pan and turn on low heat until all the ingredients combine. Try not to let it come to a boil. Let cool down and put into the fridge overnight if possible.

This is an award-winning butt juice from brother Kelly. We used this in capturing top 3 honors at the first ever Ascension BBQ contest. Primary uses include injecting into pork butt prior to placing the butt on the smoker. I like to also pour additional juice onto the shredded pork butt prior to serving. I have also used this to marinade different meats, both beef and waterfowl, for jerky. Really good to inject into sausage as well. This marinade rocks as does Flax Stax/Blue Haze BBQ.
