1 package of ribs
2 small bottles of Russian Salad Dressing
1 package onion soup mix
1-500ml jar apricot jam
rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slow roast rib either in the oven or slow cooker on low until tender.
2. In a saucepan, mix the Russian dressing, onion soup mix and apricot jam. Bring to a boil and let simmer until thickened, about 15 minutes.
3. Pour sauce over ribs and continue to cook for another hour.
4. Serve over a bed of rice.
