2 large onions, diced
2 cups butter
#10 can ketchup
6 cups brown sugar
2 cups Worcestershire sauce
1⅓ cups lemon juice
˝ cup chili powder
2 TBSP tabasco sauce
4 tsp horseradish
4 tsp salt
2 tsp garlic powder
25 # shredded, cooked roast

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, sauté onion in butter until tender. Add the next 9 ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes. Add to the shredded beef.
Put in oven or roaster and heat through.
