2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks
1 c flour
5 c lightly crushed corn flakes
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
¼.tsp paprika
2 eggs
¼ c milk

Sauce
¾ c bbq sauce
¼ c ketchup
¼ c honey

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Coat chicken pieces in flour. Whisk together eggs and milk. Mix corn flakes and spices. Dip each piece of chicken in egg mixture and let drip. Then roll piece in corn flake mixture. Spread on a lined cookie sheet. Bake for 18 minutes flipping halfway through. Allow to cool 5 minutes.
Make sauce while chicken is cooking. Heat sauce ingredients in a small saucepan for 7-8 minutes stirring often.
Place chicken bites in a large bowl and pour sauce over. Stir to coat.
