Rib Rub:
8 Tsp. - Paprika
3 Tsp. - Salt
4 Tsp. - Onion Powder
4 Tsp. - Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp. - Cayenne Pepper (+/-)
2 Slabs Of Baby Back Ribs (Or St. Louis Style) 1 Bottle BBQ Sauce (I use Sweet Baby Ray's)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove membrane
Wash ribs and pat dry
Place ribs on heavy-duty aluminum foil and liberally season with rub.
Seal the foil and place in a 275-degree oven for 3.5 hrs.
Cut ribs into quarters
Place on grill and baste with BBQ sauce.
Smoke over low-heat charcoal for 20 minutes.
Eat.
