1 (2 pound) pork tenderloin
1 (12 ounce) can root beer
1 (18 ounce) bottle BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays or similar)

For Serving
8 Hamburger buns
Pickle slices (optional)
Chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker and pour root beer over meat.

2. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until pork shreds easily with a fork.

3. Once cooked, drain and discard liquid. Shred pork and place back into the slow cooker.

4. Toss with the BBQ sauce and serve immediately or keep warm in slow cooker until ready to serve.

If you only cook a 1 pound tenderloin, decrease the slow cooker hours to 3-4 to prevent the pork from drying out.
