11/2 c. soy sauce
1 c. diced green onion
1 tbs. sesame seed oil
2 tbs. sesame seeds
2 large cloves garlic grated
1 graded medium piece of ginger (size of thumb)
1/4 c. sugar
beef short ribs.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large baggie and add ribs that have been cut up into 11/2 inch pieces. Let marinate for at least 4 hours. Over night is better. BBQ or Broil until done.
