1/4 c white sugar
1/4 tsp pepper

1 1/2 c water
4 tsp prepared mustard

2 thick slices lemon

Directions:
Mix & simmer for 20 min remove from the heat and take the lemons out. Add 1 c of ketchup and 3 tbsp of worcestershire sauce. Pour over a 5lb thinly sliced roast. Heat on low for a couple of hours before you serve it.

Note: I cook the roast to medium, cool and refrigerate overnight and slice the next day and put the sauce on. You can let it sit in the sauce for a couple of days before you are ready to reheat and eat.

Double the recipe for every 5lbs.
