3 lbs. Country Style Pork Ribs
½ cup Soy Sauce
⅓ cup Ketchup
1 tsp Dry Mustard
3 Tbs Brown Sugar
1 Clove Pressed Garlic
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Chili Powder
3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
3 dashes Cayenne Pepper

Preheat Oven to 325ºf

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, lightly coat the pan with oil, and brown the ribs.

Place the browned ribs into a roasting pan.

Combine the soy sauce, ketchup, mustard powder, pressed garlic, black pepper, chili powder, tabasco sauce, cayenne pepper.

Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs and coat well.

Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil.

Bake the ribs at 325ºf for 45 to 50 minutes, then remove the aluminum foil and baste the ribs with the liquid in the roasting pan.

Leave the ribs uncovered and bake for another 45 to 50 minutes or until the ribs are tender, brown, and they begin to crisp.

Baste the ribs again, garnish with green herb of your choice (green onion, cilantro, chives, ect...), and sever on a large platter.
