Bake uncovered at 275ºF for 1 hour.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If your brisket is larger than 8 pounds, double the Worcestershire Sauce, Liquid smoke, and BBQ sauce.

*It will take about an hour per pound to bake. 10-pound brisket =10-11 hours. Don't overcook brisket. It will become dry. Just remember Low & Slow. If you have a really large brisket 10+ pounds, lower oven temp to 250ºF, and add a little more cook time.

The last steps of recipe remain the same. Pour on BBQ sauce and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
