"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 T. mayo
1 t. dijon mustard
1/4 c. ranch dressing
Sweet baby ray's bbq sauce
thinly sliced green onions aka scallions

Directions:
Directions:
To make perfectly boiled eggs: heat water to boiling. Gently put eggs 1 at a time in pot using a spoon so they don't crack. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1-5 minutes. Put lid on pot and turn off heat, let sit in about 15 minutes. Remove into an ice bath - bowl or pot with cold water and ice. Let them sit in here until no long hot.

Slice eggs in half and remove the yolk into a bowl. Smash the yolks with a fork or using a mixer. Add the mayo, mustard and ranch. Fill this mixture back into the egg. Can use a spoon or for a prettier presentation, fill a sandwich baggie. Cut a slant at the tip of one of the bottom sides and press into the egg.

Top with sliced onions and bbq sauce.

I recommend doing the bbq sauce right before eating otherwise it gets really sloppy looking.
