Directions: |
Directions:To make perfectly boiled eggs: heat water to boiling. Gently put eggs 1 at a time in pot using a spoon so they don't crack. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1-5 minutes. Put lid on pot and turn off heat, let sit in about 15 minutes. Remove into an ice bath - bowl or pot with cold water and ice. Let them sit in here until no long hot.
Slice eggs in half and remove the yolk into a bowl. Smash the yolks with a fork or using a mixer. Add the mayo, mustard and ranch. Fill this mixture back into the egg. Can use a spoon or for a prettier presentation, fill a sandwich baggie. Cut a slant at the tip of one of the bottom sides and press into the egg.
Top with sliced onions and bbq sauce.
I recommend doing the bbq sauce right before eating otherwise it gets really sloppy looking. |
