5-7 lb. beef brisket
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 can Franco-American Mushroom Gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400º. Season brisket with garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Wrap brisket in aluminum foil, fat side up. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º and bake for 3 hours.
Remove brisket from oven, cool, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, skim off fat and slice brisket.
Place brisket slices on a fresh layer of foil and cover with one can of Franco-American Mushroom Gravy. Seal foil around brisket and gravy. Bake at 350º for another 3 hours or until the brisket slices are tender.
